  • Recommended for: Faster delivery of rods, reels, and time-sensitive gear

Free Shipping (Orders over $50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Recommended for: Non-urgent accessory orders

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may have extended delivery times or additional restrictions.

Returns & Exchanges Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) for return
  • Reason for return
  • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

Our fellow anglers in customer service will respond within 24 hours with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Special packaging tips (especially important for delicate rods)

Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return

Protect your return like you would your favorite fishing gear:

  • Use original packaging (crucial for rod tubes)
  • Include all tags, accessories, and documentation
  • Mark the return authorization number on your package

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received, we’ll:

  • Inspect items within 2 business days
  • Process refunds/exchanges immediately after approval
  • Ship exchanges right away (subject to availability)

Refund Information

We process refunds faster than a carp takes bait:

  • Method: Original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)

Non-Returnable Fishing Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Cooking Equipment: Camping cooking gear showing signs of use
  • Personalized Items: Custom-engraved accessories or monogrammed gear

Damaged or Defective Gear?

International Anglers

For our global customers (excluding some remote areas):

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
