We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your fishing gear. All items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact – just as you’d expect when preparing your tackle box for a new season.

How to Return or Exchange Your Fishing Gear

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please repackage your fishing gear securely in its original packaging, just as you’d protect your equipment for a trip:

  • Include all original tags, accessories, and documentation
  • Use the original packaging when possible (especially crucial for rod tubes)
  • Include the return authorization number on your package

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return:

  • We’ll inspect the item(s) within 2 business days
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund or exchange is processed
  • Exchanges will be shipped immediately (subject to availability)

Refund Information

We’ll process your refund faster than you can reel in a trophy catch:

  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return

Non-Returnable Fishing Items

To protect all anglers’ safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Fishing Lures & Baits: For obvious hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any used or opened bait products

Damaged or Defective Gear?

International Returns

For our international anglers (excluding some remote areas):

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
